PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Florida health records show that a Miami Beach deli had some serious issues that led to its closure.
State inspectors were at New York Bagel Deli based on a complaint.

Seventeen violations were found, including a live rodent.
Several other South Florida restaurants were ordered shut last week as well.
