SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. – Tony Roma's, Pizza & Brew, America's Bakery and Sea Cafe were all ordered shut by state inspectors last week because of roach issues.
Records show Pizza & Brew wasn't allowed to re-open for five days because roach issues persisted and weren't cleaned up.

Local 10 News' Dirty Dining cameras have been to America's Bakery in Lighthouse Point before.
The bakery was ordered shut in July of last year for a roach issue.
Below is a list of places and some of their violations.
All the places listed were allowed to re-open following ordered clean up and re-inspections.
