MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – State inspectors have been busy in South Florida ordering some big-name restaurants shut because of severe violations.
The La Granja in Tamarac was ordered shut for the second time due a roach issue in the kitchen.

State records show a Miami-Dade County Wendy's was ordered shut due to a raw sewage issue found inside the restaurant.
Mozart Cafe, which dubs itself as "the best kosher restaurant" in Florida, was ordered shut after a rodent issue was found.
Mozart Cafe is located on Stirling Road, just east of State Road 7.
Meanwhile, the Florida Cookery at the Royal Palm South Beach was recently ordered shut as well due to a roach issue in the kitchen.
Below is a list of places and some of their violations.
State records show Mozart Cafe has not been re-inspected.
All of the other places listed were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean-up and re-inspection.
