MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A driver escaped a car fire Wednesday morning in the northbound express lanes of I-95.
Firefighters were called to the fire near Miami Gardens Drive to put out the flames.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver got out of the car and wasn't injured.
It's not clear how the fire started.
