NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – Records show state inspectors were at Wong's in North Miami five times last week.

Records show a massive roach infestation in the kitchen.

Restaurants that are ordered shut are usually allowed to re-open the next day after an ordered clean up, but records show inspectors didn't allow Wong's to re-open until Tuesday.

A kitchen in the Dream Hotel on South Beach was also ordered shut.

Below is a list of restaurants and some of their violations.

All the places listed were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.
