Police have released new details in the fatal shooting of Alder Hill.
Miami police said surveillance video from Miami Northwestern Senior High School shows Hill riding his bike the night he was killed.
"This was an execution that occurred here of an innocent 15-year-old child," Miami police Detective Julio Pino said at a news conference Thursday. "We need the community to step up."
Hill, who is described as a kind, sensitive boy who was working through a learning disability, was fatally shot Jan. 9.
"He didn't deserve that," Hill's aunt, Tor Cato, said. "He's a child. Only thing we want is justice. He's 15."
Police said Hill was knocked off his bike, dragged into an empty field and shot multiple times.
"I can only imagine the horror he must have felt as he came from that corner to this field," Pino said.
Detectives said several people saw Hill's body that night, and his family is begging those people to come forward.
"There is no reason to be afraid," Hill's aunt Krystal Mond said. "Come forward and say something, and stop going by not snitching."
