According to an arrest report, several witnesses called 911 to report a man beating a woman in the 3100 block of Southwest 13th Street, and said they heard the man telling the woman that he was going to kill her.

A responding police officer found Henderson with his pants just below his genitals and the victim bent over, completely nude, screaming for help.

The officer ordered Henderson to the ground, but he refused and tried to swing at the officer twice, the report said.

The officer claimed that Henderson also removed the officer's hand from his radio three times as he tried to call for backup.

According to the report, Henderson had grabbed the woman and dragged her behind a closed business to try to have sex with her.

The woman said Henderson punched her in the face multiple times each time she tried to scream for help. She said he also covered her mouth and choked her to the point where she nearly lost consciousness.

The victim told detectives that Henderson warned her that if she didn't have sex with him, he would tape her up, rape her and then kill her.

Police said the victim's statements were consistent with her injuries.

Henderson was also found with a roll of tape on his wrist, police said.
