Multiple brides in counties throughout the Magnolia State had been filing police reports claiming gifts had been stolen from their weddings.

According to KFSM, about six brides banded together on Facebook to help find the crook who showed up uninvited to their nuptials, and then made off with presents meant for the bride and groom.

During their discussions, they all noticed the same woman appeared in various pictures from their ceremonies and receptions.

They said the wedding crasher wore the same outfit to each of their weddings.

It remained a mystery until the unknown woman showed up to the wedding of a police officer. Nathan Asbill tracked the gift card his grandmother had given him, but that he or his newlywed wife had never received.

Asbill found that the swiped card had been used at a local Walmart. Surveillance tape was able to identify the woman as Carrie Ann Armstrong.

Police apprehended Armstrong and charged her with credit card fraud.
