PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – State records show La Granja Pembroke Pines was ordered shut for the second time this year last week. State inspectors noted a roach issue, which is a repeat violation.
Records also show a roach issue at Kabooms Amusement Center in Davie. Forty violations were discovered at Pi Bon Gou in Pompano Beach and 30 violations were discovered at Ginza Japanese Buffet in North Miami Beach.

All the places listed below were allowed to re-open following ordered clean ups and re-inspections.
