MIAMI – Crowds filled the Epic Hotel for a day of inspiration and motivation.
The first Nu You Women's Empowerment brunch hosted by broadcast entertainer Cyn Santana drew in nearly 300 people.
While the afternoon was all about inspiring and uplifting women, dozens of men also turned out for the event.
The main focus of the day showcased a panel of professionals from a variety of different backgrounds who shared life experiences and sound advice to the audience.
Local 10 News Anchor Shyann Malone was one of the panelists along with Santana, life coach Brittney Gath, real estate gurus David McDermott and Mary Ballard, attorney John Owens III and Michael Hall, founder of Digital Innovation & Technology.
A fashion show, local vendors and networking were also a part of the day.
The Nu You Women's Empowerment Brunch was put on by Socially Loud, K&L Gates and Sublette Events Inc.
