FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A woman was killed when her sport utility vehicle overturned in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 early Thursday morning.
The crash occurred shortly before 4 a.m. near the Oakland Park Boulevard exit.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the SUV sideswiped a Honda Accord and overturned.
The driver of the SUV, identified as Shalese Presnell, 42, of Fort Lauderdale, was ejected and died at the scene. The driver of the car wasn't injured.
Troopers said toxicology reports are pending to determine if Presnell was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the crash.
Three northbound lanes were closed after the crash, but they reopened about 8 a.m.
