MIAMI – Rod Stewart's son was arrested last month after he rode a luggage carousel into a restricted area at Miami International Airport, police said.

Sean Stewart, 34, was arrested Feb. 17 after arriving in Miami on an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles.

According to the police report, the singer's son saw his bag arrive and jumped onto the carousel in Terminal D.

Stewart began to "ride around" on the carousel, which took him to a restricted loading area on the runway side of the airport, the report said.

Police arrested Stewart on a charge of unlawful entry in a restricted area.

Local 10 News obtained Stewart's arrest photograph from the Miami-Dade Police Department.

Rod Stewart, who has a home in Palm Beach, is best known for his songs "Maggie May" and "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?"
