PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Records show inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ordered six South Florida restaurants and a catering company kitchen shut last week.

Below is list of the place and some of the violations found.

"Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 2 on the wall behind a grill on the cook's line, 5 in the wall in a corner behind a stove on the cook's line. Observed approximately 12 roaches on a prep table shelf that were under an unused toaster that was removed and taken outside. 2 on a shelf where coffee cups are stored on the service line."

"Dead roaches on premises. 5 in an oven on the cook's line, 3 on the floor behind the stove on the cook's line. 3 under the glass door reach-in cooler on the cook's line. 1 in the gasket of the glass door reach-in cooler on the cook's line. 1 in the top part of the broken Bain Marie cooler on the cook's line. 2 inside the broken Bain Marie cooler on the cook's line . 2 on top of the dish machine. At least 3 on a shelf where coffee cups are stored on the service line."
