KEY WEST, Fla. – The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for a missing fisherman off the coast of Key West.
A friend of Dennis Dallmeyer, 67, told the Coast Guard that the Key West man went on a fishing trip and never returned.

Dallmeyer's 25-foot fishing boat was found eight nautical miles south of Key West with the keys in the ignition.
The Coast Guard is searching for Dallmeyer by air and sea.
