KEY WEST, Fla. – An 88-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash in the Florida Keys.
Domingo Veloso was arrested Sunday by the Florida Highway Patrol.

Monroe County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Becky Herrin said a bicyclist was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on U.S. Highway 1 near mile marker 16.5 Sunday afternoon on Summerland Key.
Witnesses said the vehicle was a gray or green older-model sport utility vehicle with front-end damage.
A vehicle matching that description was later spotted by a state trooper.
Veloso was taken into custody and faces a felony charge of leaving the scene of a crash involving an injury or death.
