SWEETWATER, Fla. – A water main break flooded a Sweetwater neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
Sky 10 was above the scene just before 5:30 p.m. as water could be seen spouting out of the ground, high into the air.

The incident happened just at about 4:45 p.m. in the area of Southwest 110th Avenue and 5th Street.
Sweetwater police said the county has been working in this area for months, but it is unclear what led to the 6-inch water main break.
The Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department was called to the scene. The leak was capped after 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Traffic was diverted in the area at the time. The roadway reopened Wednesday night.
