Thieves break into jewelry store through roof

Crooks get away with $75,000 worth of jewelry

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Police are looking for two crooks who broke into a jewelry store in Pembroke Pines by cutting a hole in the roof.

Surveillance video caught the men in the act.

Once inside, the thieves used a pickax to smash the jewelry display cases. They stole expensive watches and diamonds.

The burglary happened at Jared Galleria of Jewelry along Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines.

The thieves left the store through the hole they cut in the roof. They were out of there within minutes.

They got away with $75,000 worth of jewelry.
