AVENTURA, Fla. – A woman was killed early Tuesday morning after a train collided with her car in Aventura.
The crash happened just after 2 a.m. in the 17000 block of Biscayne Boulevard.
Investigators say the woman's car was sitting on the tracks at the time of the collision.
The victim, who was in her 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the only person in the car.
Police say the woman committed suicide.
