Raymond Herisse was killed by police gunfire on Memorial Day weekend 2011

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Hours of audio recordings have been released by Miami Beach Police from the night when Raymond Herisse was shot and killed by police gunfire during Memorial Day weekend 2011.

Herisse was killed when police fired 116 rounds at his vehicle as he drove down Collins Avenue between 13th and 16th Streets during Urban Beach Weekend.

The audio recordings consist of police radio traffic surrounding the incident.

A judge ordered the Miami Beach Police Department to turn over all audio recordings relating to the incident during a hearing earlier this month.
