City of Miami Beach offering free flu shots for youth residents at public schools

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – The City of Miami Beach will offer free flu shots for youth residents at Miami Beach Public Schools from Tuesday, Sept. 13 through Thursday, Sept. 15.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “a yearly flu vaccination is the most important step in preventing influenza infections.”

The copay is $o with a completed consent form.

All forms will need to be returned to your individual school by Sept. 9 or at the site itself.
