Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Events in South Florida

Call to help save lives turns pink this month

No description found

MIAMI – During Breast Cancer Awareness Month  businesses looking to benefit from pink ribbon marketing connect with organizations in need of funding.

This provides consumers with a charitable option. But experts warn there are events that benefit the companies more than the nonprofit organizations, so benefactors should beware of the secrecy behind the "portion of the proceeds" statement.
