“Accumulation of dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, or other pests, in control devices. Observed approximately 20 dead small flying insects in basin of hand washing sink in dishwasher area. Employee removed, cleaned, and sanitized sink.”
“Hand wash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink in dishwasher area used for other purposes as evidenced by small flying insect traps stored in hand washing sink. As per manager, traps are stored in sink to eliminate small flying insects. Observed approximately 20 dead small flying insects in basin of sink. Items were removed, sink was cleaned, and sanitized.”
