PEMBROKE PARK, Fla . – Below is a list of places inspected last week by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

All the places mentioned were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and then a re-inspection.

“Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Observed when washing hands sewage water began overflowing from drain line onto floor of establishment at front counter. Also observed in back of kitchen near three compartment sink and dish machine.”

Observed Beef (51F - Cold Holding). As per operator, it was prepared Saturday. Observed Roast Beef (48 - Cold Holding) as per operator, it was prepared Saturday. Observed beef patty (48F -Cold Holding). Butter with garlic (64F - Cold Holding) As per operator, it was placed there the previous day.”

Per operator, items were not prepared or portioned today. Items have been out of temperature for more than 4 hours.”
