Hard Rock Stadium releases key information for fans attending Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – As Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated Eras Tour arrives at Hard Rock Stadium from Oct. 18-20, fans are encouraged to plan ahead for parking, security, and entry procedures to ensure a smooth experience.

Here are some of the things attendees need to know, according to Hard Rock Stadium officials:

Parking and Tailgating:

  • Both a prepaid parking pass and a concert ticket are required to park at Hard Rock Stadium. Parking will not be available for purchase on show days.
  • Only ticket holders with a valid parking pass can tailgate in stadium lots. Fans without tickets will not be allowed on stadium property, and no listening areas will be available outside the venue.
  • Police and stadium security will patrol the area to ensure safety for concertgoers.

Gate Times and Stadium Entry:

  • Parking lots open at 3:30 p.m., and stadium gates open at 4:30 p.m. Fans are not permitted to line up before these times. Expect multiple ticket checks upon entry.
  • Park & Ride buses are available for ticket holders only, and fans must scan their ticket before boarding.

Parent Drop-Off and Pick-Up:

  • Designated drop-off and pick-up locations are in Lots 14, 15, and 31, opening at 3:30 p.m. each show night.
  • For pick-up from Lots 14 and 15, parents must arrive between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. After 10:30 p.m., Lot 31 will be the only accessible option.
  • Road closures will begin at 10:30 p.m., and parents are encouraged to use the Waze app for the best routes.

Road Closures:

  • Portions of Northwest 199th Street and Turnpike ramps will be closed during show days, with restrictions in place from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Closures will also occur nightly from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
  • Local residents will be allowed through closures with valid ID or resident passes.

Security and Bag Policy:

  • Fans should expect multiple security checks. Only clear plastic bags (12″ x 6″ x 12″) or small bags (4.5″ x 6.5″) will be permitted.

Merchandise:

  • Merchandise will only be sold inside the stadium gates on show dates, and only ticket holders can access it. Fans without tickets can shop at the stadium on Wednesday, Oct. 16, or Thursday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Tickets:

  • Tickets are being sold for well above their value, reselling on StubHub and Seat Geek, with the cheapest tickets starting at $1,275 for Friday’s show, and it only skyrockets from there.
