SOUTHWEST RANCHES, Fla. – Add model Gisele Bündchen to the Broward County celebrity homeowners list along with Lionel Messi who finalized his home sale on Sept. 1.
Bündchen (a star and wealthy in her own right, but also NFL-star Tom Brady’s ex-wife) has added another South Florida property to her portfolio. Her latest purchase is a $9.1 million, 7.5-acre equestrian ranch in Southwest Ranches at 6201 Melaleuca Road. The newly remodeled home, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, has nine bedrooms, soccer facilities, tennis courts, an infinity pool with hot tub and fountain water features, and 10 large horse stalls.

Last October, she acquired an $11.5 million waterfront home at 1400 Biscaya Drive in Surfside.
The listing agent, Chad Bishop, said that Bündchen plans to have horses, chickens, and other farm animals at the “animal friendly” property in Southwest Ranches.
But this isn’t “Green Acres” farm living by any means. The 5,200-square-feet of main living space has a floating-glass staircase to its upper floors as well as a first-floor suite with its own sitting area and private bathroom. In addition to the gourmet indoor kitchen with a built-in bar, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a hibachi grill, pizza oven, BBQ pit, and a wine fridge.
The supermodel should be right at home in Southwest Ranches, where celebrities such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Chicago Bears stars Devin Hester and Brandon Marshall, and Miami Heat star Udonis Johneal Haslem also have residences.
Meanwhile, Bündchen’s Surfside home is just across the water from former husband, Tom Brady’s Indian Creek expanse.
In fact, it was the Surfside beach where Brady announced his second retirement from football in February of 2023 on X (formerly known as Twitter). Because South Florida is becoming such a hotspot for the Bündchen-Brady duo even post-divorce, a user by the name of gadgetgs posted on eBay that they were selling a bottle of sand with the same buildings in the background that was featured in the retirement video. Now, a check of ebay has a number of Tom Brady sand spots for sale.
We locals, however, can go collect our own Brady sand.
Truly grateful on this day. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️ pic.twitter.com/j2s2sezvSS
