Only the outside of 10336 Dunleer Drive is used for the Emmy Award-winning sitcom. While most of the scenes are filmed at a nearby set, the real home has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

It is listed by the website LA Luxury Real Estate. According to several reports, the new owner could collect a fee from ABC Studios in exchange for exterior filming for the show.

New episodes of "Modern Family" air Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. on Local 10.
