MIAMI-DADE, Fla. – G. Holmes Braddock Senior High, 3601 SW 147th Ave, in Miami-Dade's Kendall West neighborhood, was among the Miami-Dade public schools with the most safety incidents reported to the Florida Department of Education during two consecutive school years.
The school remains one of the biggest in the country.

During the 2012-2013 school year, it was among the top 10 schools in South Florida on reports of vandalism, tobacco, sexual harassment, arson and theft.
During the 2013-2014 school year, it was among the worst 10 schools in Miami-Dade County on drug use. About 14 percent of the school's reports were on drug use, 35 percent on tobacco and 29 percent on fights.
According to Miami-Dade there were 3,543 students enrolled during the 2014-2015 school year. More than half of the students in the school get free or reduced lunch and the majority of the student population is Hispanic.
