Dade County Federal Credit Union will be recognizing local heroes who uplift our community at this special event.  There will be free food, kids activities, raffles and giveaways.  A free Zumba class will kick off the event at 9 a.m.

Taste & See:  A Celebration of God’s Goodness

This free event will feature iced coffee, espresso drinks and Cuban pastries, live music, face painting and a prayer booth. The event marks an exciting new chapter for Living Truth Church, which has recently relocated to Davie and will begin holding Saturday evening services at 5 PM starting March 8.

Carnaval on the Mile

Miracle Mile in Coral Gables

This family-friendly event in the heart of Coral Gables features the best in South Florida music, cuisine and art.   Local 10 on-air personalities will be on-hand to greet you at the Local 10 booth.

The Art of The Quilt

This art exhibit will feature the work of Gary Hancock, a Wilton Manors-based quilt artist, with a body of work that is equally colorful, inspiring and utilitarian.   Gary will be offering a collection of small items available for purchase and many of the pieces included in the exhibit will be for sale as well.

Paint N’ Paradox

Every first Friday of the month, Paradox Museum Miami hosts its beloved Paint N’ Paradox, a guided painting event hosted by Katherine Vasquez.  Guests will take part in a fun, guided painting class before exploring the museum’s awe-inspiring exhibits. Canvases and painting materials are included.  Guests can bring their own food and drinks to enjoy during the event.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival

Harrison Street and 21st Avenue and north to Hollywood Boulevard

This annual event features an array of floats, pipe and drums corps, marching bands, along with the famous New York Police Department Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Corps.
