Job Listing: Weather Producer/Meteorologist
Local 10 News, the top-rated news station in South Florida, is looking for a weather producer and fill in on-air Meteorologist. South Florida is a very active weather area. There is constant severe weather and of course, hurricanes. Ideal candidate is a super user of Weather Company weather systems, you have an eye for graphic creation and weather presentations. Ideal candidate holds a CBM seal. You must work well with others. Candidate must be willing to work weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Candidate must be proficient in creation of weather graphics and must have prior on-air experience. Candidate will be active in social media and digital forecasting.
Job Requirements:
Must have degree in meteorology or related and have or be working towards AMS or CBM.
