The land, currently zoned for agricultural use, has two lakes that encompass about 56 acres.

The 238 townhouses and 267 single-family homes will be on a site east of Interstate 75, west of Northwest 87th Avenue and north of 154th Street.

The American Dream Miami, a mega shopping mall with 6.2 million square feet and a hotel, promises to be the largest in North America.
