The Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania said it "can't confirm or deny the existence of an investigation" into Sandusky.
When asked if Sandusky, now 75, knew what the allegations were about, Lindsey said, "Absolutely not.
The Pennsylvania Superior Court denied his request for a new trial in February and ordered Sandusky be resentenced.
Lindsey said he doesn't see how the new allegations could impact the resentencing since, he said, "there's not much substance to it."
