He was also ordered to remain on Level 1 pretrial release with electronic monitoring, have no access to the internet or internet-capable devices, and have no contact with minors.

Kull, 41, was arrested Friday morning after an investigation by the Broward Sheriff’s Office. A person who lives with Kull reported finding SD cards, hard drives and a cellphone containing disturbing content while preparing their home for sale, deputies said.

A forensic analysis revealed more than 7,800 images labeled as “child erotica,” 178 files of animated child sexual abuse material, and at least 10 explicit files involving real children between the ages of 5 and 15, investigators said.

Deputies also said they found surreptitiously taken photos of children at a public pool and videos of Kull engaged in acts with a child-sized sex doll.

During a search of Kull’s home in the 4700 block of Northwest Third Street, deputies said they discovered a smashed laptop with the hard drives removed in the trunk of his vehicle.

A man who described himself as Kull’s soon to be ex-father in law, told Local 10’s Michaila Hightower that Kull’s house is going up for sale.

“We didn’t know anything,” he said. “We were caught just as much by surprise.”

Kull declined to speak with investigators, according to the arrest report.

Broward Health said in a statement that Kull has been suspended and that the hospital system is “appalled” by the allegations, which it called “abhorrent and in direct conflict with our values.”

If Kull does post bond, He’s been ordered to wear an ankle monitor and he’s not allowed to access the internet or contact minors.

“That’s a phone, a computer, laptop, iPad, Apple Watch, television or gaming system that can access the internet, nest system in his home, a refrigerator that can access the internet. It doesn’t matter what the device is, he can’t access the internet,” the judge stated.

He remains in the Broward Main Jail as of Saturday evening.
