FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 29-year-old man admitted to sending text messages to his 11-year-old neighbor in Fort Lauderdale, including some asking her to send him nude photos, police said.
According to an arrest report by Officer Erica Payne, the girl was 12 years old and was friends with the man’s son when the police investigation started.

Payne reported Evelio Aguilar admitted to using the restroom to hide his text messaging from his wife, who was friends with the girl’s mother.
The girl also reported Aguilar told him he wanted to engage in sexual acts when she ran into him, according to the arrest report.
According to Broward Sheriff’s Office inmate records, Fort Lauderdale police officers arrested him and he was booked on Thursday at the main jail.
Aguilar was facing a charge of soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct using computer services or devices. His bond was $50,000.
