HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – One person was taken into custody Thursday morning following a shooting in Hollywood, authorities confirmed.
The shooting was reported just after 7 a.m. in the 6000 block of Johnson Street.

Hollywood police said Johnson Street was shut down between 62nd Avenue and State Road 7 during the investigation.
Authorities said there was no threat to the public at this time.
No other details were immediately released.
