Orange County deputies used crime scene tape to block access to the eagles and closed traffic at Curry Ford Road near Goldenroad Road.
About 6 p.m., a Florida Fish & Wildlife employee scared the bald eagle into flying away. The other eagle fell back into the storm drain.
The eagle was stuck for about 90 minutes before Orange County Fire Rescue helped to get the bird out shortly after.
