KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. – Be Strong International, a nonprofit helping Miami-Dade and Broward County families make informed decisions, hosted its annual “Hearts in Rhythm Charity Event” last week at The Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne. The event served as a gathering of philanthropists to celebrate the impact their donations have made in the most vulnerable communities in South Florida.

“We aim to become a national service provider that focuses intently on seeing individuals, families and communities become whole,” said Michelle Shirley, CEO of Be Strong International. “Teaching the importance of Heart SkillsTM education is our main goal, and only with community support, can we continue to make this goal a reality.”
