Car fire blocks several southbound lanes on I-95 at Hillsboro Blvd.

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. –

A car fire blocked several lanes of Interstate 95 in Deerfield Beach early Wednesday morning.

The car fire happened after 5:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Hillsboro Boulevard.

Firefighters extinguished the flames. 

It's unclear if anyone was injured.
