MIAMI BEACH: A parade begins at 9 a.m. at 17 Street and Washington Avenue. The march will be southbound on Washington Avenue and turn west at 11 Street into Flamingo Park. A ceremony will be held at 10:15 a.m. at the Veterans Day service at Flamingo Park Baseball Stadium, 1200 Meridian Ave., in Miami Beach. The All Veteran Parachute Team will jump from an airplane down to the field and there will be a picnic sponsored by Miami Beach Medical Group, Car2Go and Coca-Cola.
NORTH MIAMI: A ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. at North Miami Veterans Memorial at Griffing Park, NE 123 St. & West Dixie Highway, North Miami.
