MIAMI – Roy Moore is raising money for his new "election integrity fund," as he refuses to concede the race for a Senate seat in Alabama, The Hill reported Friday night.
Doug Jones won the special election on Tuesday, and he became the first Democrat to beat a Republican on a Senate seat in Alabama in the last 25 years.

"I also wanted to let you know that this battle is NOT OVER," he wrote, and he added that his campaign was collecting "numerous reported cases of voter fraud."
Moore, who faced allegations of sexual misconduct with minors during his campaign, wants to report voter fraud before the election is certified.
Moore said the race was "close" and some military and provisional ballots had yet to be counted. Those are expected to be counted next week.
Secretary of State John Merrill has said it is unlikely that the last-minute ballots will change the outcome of the election or even trigger a recount.
