MIAMI – Miami police are asking for the public's help in identifying two young males who were seen in surveillance video dropping off a 16-year-old shooting victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
According to police, Richard Hallman was shot in the 2000 block of Northwest 18th Terrace on Tuesday. He later died from his injuries at JMH.
Surveillance video from JMH's Ryder Trauma Center showed two young males dropping Hallman off. One of the guys was wearing a white shirt while the other was wearing a white tank top and holding a black hoodie.
Police said they left very quickly after dropping Hallman off. It's unclear whether they spoke to doctors before they left.
Three other children were also shot in Miami, and police say they have had no big breaks in the cases.
Two hours after Hallman was shot a 10-year-old boy, identified as Marlon Eason, was shot in the head during what police believe was a drive by.
Two other children were injured in the three separate shootings that day.
