PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Pembroke Pines police have released a sketch of a man they say followed an underage girl into her apartment and sexually assaulted her.
The incident happened Thursday afternoon in the 8800 block of Southwest Third St.

The girl, whose age and identity haven't been released, told police she was taking out the trash when she spotted a cream-colored Chevy Malibu or Impala park in front of her apartment.
When the girl walked back to her apartment, she claims a man exited the car and forced his way into her apartment. She told police he then held her down against her will and sexually assaulted her.
The man fled the apartment once the victim's cousin arrived home.
Police describe the man as a black male, about 18 years old, thin beard, long braided hair and a tattoo that says "MARC" on his right upper arm.
