PALM BEACH, Fla. – An 11-year-old girl told police Junior Guy was allowed to sleep in her room when she was 10-years-old and he raped her.
Guy, 18, first told police he didn't rape the girl. Later he said the girl, who is accusing him of rape "never resisted or said no."
The girl told investigators that he was sleeping on the floor when he jumped on her bed. She would later notice the blood on his hands.
Police arrested Guy Monday. He is facing one count of sexual battery on someone under the age of 12, three counts of sexual battery by someone under the age of 18 on a minor, three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and two counts of battery with bodily fluids.
