MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – A 19-year-old man was shot and killed outside his Miami Gardens home late Sunday, according to police.
Officers responding to a shooting found Raymond Mills lying in the driveway at 20124 NW 32nd Court about 11:59 p.m. He had suffered a gunshot wound.
"Grabbed my grandson and was asking him to hold on," said Diane Cope, Mills' grandmother.
Paramedics pronounced Mills dead when they arrived.
"One of the boys got shot. He can't believe it. They're good kids," said Ameena Hafiz, a neighbor.
A description of the gunman wasn't immediately released.
"Whoever you are, you cold-blooded killer, God is going to get you. You're going to get yours," said Cope. "And, I'm going to pray until you get yours."
