MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Local 10 News' Crime Specialist John Turchin met with a distraught father, whose son was recovering from injuries he suffered during a beating in Miami Beach.
Rajem Adlan couldn't hold his tears. His son Youness Adlan has been in a coma since rescue took him to Jackson Memorial Hospital early New Year's morning.
The 22-year-old was brutally beaten just after walking out of Cameo, a nightclub at 1445 Washington Ave. in South Beach.
His roommate found him laying motionless on the sidewalk along Española Way. He suffered a fracture to his skull and was bleeding. Doctors were monitoring his brain activity very closely.
His dad said he has had a couple of operations, including one early Friday morning.
A man was arrested Friday night in connection to the incident.
