Jones is accused of shooting Seibert Prescott, 63, and Roger Bennett, 30, in the parking lot of Ray's Meat Market.
Police said Prescott and Bennett were arguing with Jones at nearby Blue Park when it turned physical. Police said the fight spilled into the parking lot, and Jones shot the men as they were trying to run away.
