KEY WEST, Fla. – A Key West man upset with his neighbor in a dispute about loud music confronted him in the street with a gun early Tuesday morning, Monroe County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Becky Herrin said.
Thomas Kerrigan, 29, was arrested after deputies found him pointing a loaded .44 magnum at his 56-year-old neighbor, who was lying on the street completely naked, Herrin said.

Kerrigan told deputies he was angry with his neighbor, whom Kerrigan claimed often plays loud music, Herrin said.
As Kerrigan was picking up mail for another neighbor who is out of town, he heard loud music coming from the neighbor's home, so he took the mail to his home, got a gun and then went to the man's house to confront him, Herrin said Kerrigan told deputies.
Kerrigan said he pounded on the side of the house until his neighbor came outside naked. Startled, Kerrigan walked into the street, but the neighbor followed him, at one point coming so close that Kerrigan had to push him away, Herrin said.
Eventually, Kerrigan ordered the neighbor to the ground and yelled for his girlfriend to call 911, Herrin said.
Deputies said both men appeared to have been drinking alcoholic beverages.
Kerrigan faces charges of carrying a concealed weapon and improper exhibition of a firearm.
