MIAMI-DADE, Fla. – Fatal shootings with victims, who were 18 years old or younger, increased from 2015 to 2016, according to Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner's Office records.
Two years ago, there were 27 victims, who were ages 18 or under when they were killed. There was a 2015 decrease, but it was short lived. Last year, there were seven more teens killed than there were during 2015 in Miami-Dade.
