MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol said a Homestead man likely had a medical emergency before crashing on the Dolphin Expressway Friday night.

The FHP said Rolle's vehicle came to a stop facing east against the concrete barrier wall.

Troopers said due to the amount of blood found inside his vehicle, they believe Rolle may have had a medical emergency prior to the crash.

He was taken to Jackson Ryder Trauma, where he was pronounced dead.
