MIAMI – A decomposing body was found on a boat Thursday in Miami.
The body was discovered on a sailboat docked in the 2600 block of Northwest North River Drive.
Miami Department of Fire-Rescue Capt. Ignatius Carroll said the body could have been there as long as a week.
Carroll said the boat was partially submerged and had lots of biohazardous materials on board.
Miami police are investigating the death.
