HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A South Florida man was arrested Monday after he was caught masturbating outside a woman's office in Hollywood, police said.
The incident was reported about 11:45 a.m. at 6099 Hollywood Blvd.

According to an arrest report, the woman called 911 and said that a Hispanic man was standing outside her office window masturbating.
Police said they found Armando Laurencio, 46, of Miramar, standing near the window, attempting to hide behind a small wall that separates the building from the driveway.
Police said he appeared to be intoxicated and was wearing only shorts and shoes.
Laurencio told officers that he was homeless and was just "staying" at that location.
Police said they spoke to the woman, who said she was in her office when she saw Laurencio looking into the window with his penis exposed.
She said he began "playing with himself" and staring at her, the report said.
The woman told police that she was positive that Laurencio was not urinating, but was acting in a vulgar and indecent manner.
Laurencio was arrested on an indecent exposure charge.
